Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. We provide a craftsmanship warranty on all services. If a drywall patch cracks or a tile shifts due to our installation within the warranty period, we respawn and fix it for free.
How long does a Kitchen Remodel take?
DURATION: 3-6 WEEKS
A standard kitchen overhaul (cabinets, countertops, flooring, paint) typically runs 3-6 weeks depending on material availability. Cabinet Refinishing alone is much faster (3-5 days). See more on our Kitchens Page.
Is Popcorn Ceiling Removal messy?
It can be, but our protocol is Stealth Mode. We completely seal the room with plastic (walls and floors), scrape the texture, and bag the debris before removing the plastic. We leave no trace. Learn more here.
Can you match my wall texture?
Absolutely. Matching texture (Santa Fe, Knockdown, Orange Peel, or Skip Trowel) is a core skill. We blend repairs so that once painted, the patch is invisible. Check our Texture Matching page.
Do you handle Water Damage repairs?
We handle the reconstruction phase. Once the mitigation company dries it out, we come in to replace insulation, drywall, baseboards, and paint. See Restoration Details.
Can you mount TVs on brick or metal studs?
Yes. We have specialized anchors for metal studs, brick, and stone fireplaces. We can also conceal wires behind the wall for a clean setup. View Smart Home Ops.
Do you charge for estimates?
COST: FREE / VARIES
For standard repairs (drywall, painting), estimates are 100% free. You can also use our XP Calculator for instant numbers. For large-scale remodels requiring design consultation, a fee may apply (credited to the job).
Who buys the materials (Loot)?
- We Supply: Rough materials (Drywall, mud, tape, screws, thinset, glue, masking plastic).
- You Supply: Finish materials (Tile, LVP flooring, light fixtures, vanity, faucets, specific paint colors). This ensures you get exactly the style you want without markup.
How do payments work?
- Small Quests (Repairs): Payment due upon completion.
- Campaigns (Remodels): 50% Deposit to schedule, remaining balance upon completion. Larger projects may have progress payments.
Accepted: Check, Cash, Zelle, Credit Cards (3% fee).
